At a trade show or other public event, your competition is not necessarily going to be working in the same field or industry as you are; your competition at these events is every single other company that has sent somebody out in order to represent them.

If you are not making the best visual impression you possibly can, you are likely to be overlooked by many would be potential customers and valuable business connections. This is why it can be extremely important to incorporate eye portable trade show booths into your public marketing efforts.

Proper utilization of portable trade show booths can do quite a bit to boost your visibility at these public events and can come in virtually countless shapes, sizes, and options. Take a look around at your next event and make a note of the kind of booths and displays that other companies in attendance are putting to use; and then do something completely different!

If everybody else is using standard booths and large signs with tables and intricate eye catching logos, consider doing something extremely opposite and placing yourself in a nicely tailored suite in front of a tastefully colored tower or pillar in order to stand out from the rest of the crowd. Place a well designed sign to let people know who you are if you like, or be even more daring and let people approach you in order to find out who you are and what you are about.

The key to these events is to make yourself stand out from the crowd. Catching a person’s eye is only the first step. Once you have their visual attention, you need to generate interest enough to make them approach your booth.
