1. Monitor your diet.

Make sure you prepare healthy yet delicious meals. If you don’t like the meals you’ve prepared, you’re more likely to run to the local fast food stop to order fattening food instead. Keep a food journal so you can get a better understanding of how much you’re taking in each day.

2. Drink lots of water.
In many cases, people eat food with the assumption that they’re hungry. Ironically, a lot of people are dehydrated and don’t even know it. Don’t wait until you’re thirsty to drink water. When you drink enough, it’ll help you feel full and satiated. When it’s time to eat, it’ll be a result of real hunger.

3. Diversify your workouts.

4. Get lots of quality rest.
If you’re not getting a lot of rest, it can take a real toll on your body. Plus, you need a chance to reset and recharge. When you get enough rest, this can help your body release weight in the long run. Figure out how many hours your body needs. It’s also better to go to bed before 11:30 at night to increase the quality of your sleep.
